Your compliance passport holds every credential your company, your sites and your suppliers hold: legal registrations such as the exporters' register, commercial register and tax card, and private standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, GLOBALG.A.P., organic or halal.

What to record for each

  • The scheme, the certificate number and the certification body.
  • The issue and expiry dates, and the next audit where there is one.
  • The scope: which sites, products or HS codes it covers. An empty product scope means all your products.
  • The certificate PDF.

Where your certificates are used

  • Orders are checked against what the destination and the buyer require, at the planned ship date.
  • Certificate numbers print on the documents you choose, but only while a covering certificate is valid.
  • Copies are added to letter-of-credit presentations when the LC calls for them.
  • You are notified before a certificate expires.
