Every shipment can carry a tracking link. Your buyer opens it and sees the carrier's own milestones, in their own language — nothing about what the order costs or what you're paid.
What the page shows
- The shipment number, carrier, transport mode and status.
- The vessel or flight and voyage, where the carrier reports one.
- The port or airport of loading and of discharge.
- Estimated and actual departure and arrival dates, as the carrier reports them.
- The milestone chain: each event the carrier has recorded, with its date, port and vessel or voyage.
- The page in the buyer's own language — English or Arabic — with no login required.
What it deliberately does not show
- No price, cost, margin or payment term — nothing from the order's commercial data.
- No document contents: not the invoice, the packing list, or the letter of credit.
- No account or sign-in, and nothing about any other shipment or buyer on your account.
- No link the buyer can use to reach anything else in your organisation's account.

Where the link comes from
A tracking link is generated per shipment and sent the way you already reach your buyer — on the shipment confirmation, in a document email, or by whatever channel you choose. It carries a token tied to that one shipment, not to a buyer account: anyone with the link can open the page, but the page itself reveals only what a carrier already publishes about a shipment underway, in a form built for the buyer, not the exporter.

Buyer tracking, answered plainly
- Does my buyer need to create an account?
- No. The link opens directly; there is no sign-in, no password, and no account for your buyer to manage.
- Can my buyer look up a shipment without a link?
- No. There is no public search or lookup form — a shipment's page opens only from its own token link, which you control when it's sent.
- Can my buyer see other shipments or orders on our account?
- No. A token is scoped to exactly one shipment. It grants no access to anything else in your organisation's account.
- What if the carrier hasn't reported a milestone yet?
- The page shows only what has been recorded. An upcoming milestone appears without a date rather than a guessed one.
