About

Built for the exporter closing the gap between two numbers.

Expodite is an export operations platform, built in Egypt for exporters shipping out of it. It carries an order from a buyer's first inquiry to settlement on one record, in English and Arabic.

Expodite, the export operations platform, replaces the spreadsheet and the shared inbox an export team usually runs on. A lead becomes an inquiry, an inquiry becomes a quote, an accepted quote becomes an order, and the order carries its own documents, its letter of credit, its costs and its shipment through to settlement — on one record, read and written by every module, so a figure entered once is the same figure everywhere it appears next.

Why it exists

The government has set a target the current base of exporters cannot reach alone.

Egypt's non-oil exports have to grow at a rate they have not sustained before, for six years in a row, and the companies capable of carrying that growth are not the few hundred already doing most of it. The constraint is rarely appetite — it is that running an export shipment by hand, across a proforma, a packing list, a certificate of origin and a letter of credit that all have to agree, does not scale past a handful of steady buyers.

Built for Egypt

Egypt-first, in both languages, not translated in from somewhere else.

Expodite reads GOEIC's and Nafeza's own terms, not a generic trade-management vocabulary. Arabic is written natively — right to left, with regulatory language taken from the authorities' own wording — not machine-translated from an English original, and every screen and document works the same way in either language.

  • 01The document set an order needs is read from Egypt's own rules — destination, mode, Incoterm, HS chapter and the preferential origin forms — not a generic checklist.
  • 02GOEIC and Nafeza terminology is used exactly as those authorities publish it, in both languages.
  • 03A shipment's tracking page, and every document it can generate, renders correctly in Arabic, right to left, not as an afterthought.

Who it's for

A team already exporting, or about to.

  • An exporter outgrowing spreadsheets

One or a few steady lanes today, where a proforma, a packing list and a certificate of origin are still reconciled by hand before every shipment.

  • A team adding buyers and markets

More buyers, more destinations, more document rules to track — the point where one person's memory of what each market needs stops being enough.

  • A finance function watching margin slip

Cost lines, FX exposure and a letter of credit's deadlines currently live in different files, and the real margin on a shipment is known only after it sails.

What it is not

We are precise about where the platform ends.

The boundary matters because the institutions around an export shipment are the ones with actual authority, and Expodite's job is to arrive at each of them with matching, complete data — not to stand in for them.

Not Nafeza or GOEIC
Nafeza stays Egypt's system of record for Advance Cargo Information, and GOEIC stays the authority that registers exporters and issues certificates of origin. Expodite prepares the data that reaches them; it never files, registers or issues on an exporter's behalf.
Not a customs broker or a bank
Filing a customs declaration and presenting documents under a letter of credit remain the exporter's and their broker's and bank's own steps. Expodite tracks the deadlines and holds the documents; it does not file, present or extend credit.
Not a freight forwarder
Expodite compares forwarders' quotes and posts the winning one to an order's costs; it does not operate vessels, own capacity, or forward freight itself.
Not exclusive
Any government channel Expodite helps an exporter reach should be open to any vendor on the same terms. That commitment is Expodite's own, offered without being asked.

See the boundary in practice, on an order like yours.

We'll walk through a shipment end to end, and show exactly where Expodite's record stops and Nafeza's, GOEIC's or your bank's begins.
