Terms of Service

Expodite provides an export operations platform: leads, inquiries, quotes and orders; document generation and tracking; letters of credit; cost lines, payments and FX; freight, inspection and compliance workflow; and a token-protected tracking page a customer's buyer can open without an account. We may update, improve or change features from time to time.

The Service is intended for business use by users aged 18 or over. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

You retain all rights to the business data you and your users enter into the Service ("Customer Data") — your buyers, orders, shipments, documents, costs and everything else you record. You grant Expodite a limited licence to host, process and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and support the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your collection and use of Customer Data, including any personal data about your buyers' contacts, complies with applicable law.

You agree not to:

Access is provided on a subscription plan, with limits on users, branches, buyers, products and export orders per month that vary by plan. A trial plan runs for a stated number of days at no charge; we will talk with you about the right paid plan before a trial ends, and a trial account does not silently convert to a paid one.

At launch, billing is manual: we issue an invoice and payment is made by bank transfer, referencing that invoice, on the terms stated on it. The Service is built so that a card or online-payment option can be added later without changing these Terms; when available, it will be offered alongside manual invoicing, not in place of it, until we tell you otherwise.

A subscription renews for a further period of the same length unless cancelled before the renewal date, on the notice stated in your order or account settings. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for except where we are required by law to collect them, and fees already invoiced are non-refundable. We may suspend access for non-payment after reasonable notice.

Expodite and its licensors own all rights, title and interest in the Service, including its software, design and trademarks. These Terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. You own your Customer Data. If you give us feedback, you grant us a licence to use it to improve the Service.

Each party may access confidential information of the other. Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and to use it only as necessary to exercise its rights and meet its obligations under these Terms.

The Service may interoperate with third-party services, including carriers, banks and government platforms such as Nafeza and GOEIC. Expodite prepares consistent data for those platforms; filing, submission and clearance happen through them, on their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or decisions.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and maintenance or downtime may occur. Features identified as beta or preview are provided "as is" and may change or be withdrawn.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Expodite is not a customs broker, a freight forwarder, a bank, or a party to any letter of credit, and prepares and organises data and documents without assuming the role or the liability of those parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expodite will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Expodite harmless from claims, damages and expenses arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. Either party may terminate in accordance with the applicable order or for material breach. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will make Customer Data available for export, in a structured format, for at least 30 days, after which it may be deleted in the ordinary course.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located there will have jurisdiction, unless a separate written agreement between you and Expodite provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above and, where appropriate, give additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
