Get started

From signing up to your first quote.

A self-serve account is live in minutes. This page is what to have ready before you start, so the setup wizard is quick rather than a scavenger hunt.

How it works

Four steps, no one else involved.

  1. 01

Your name, work email, company and country. Choose Free to start at no cost, or a 14-day trial of Starter or Growth — no card either way.

  2. 02

    Verify your email

A 6-digit code and a link arrive at once; either confirms the address. Your account is provisioned the moment it's verified.

  3. 03

    The 6-screen setup

Company profile, document identity, currency and bank account, how you export, certifications you already hold, and your team — each screen is "save and continue" or "skip for now", so nothing blocks you from moving on.

  4. 04

    Your first quote

Add a buyer and a product — from scratch or imported (see the templates below) — and the platform builds the document list and the landed-cost margin from what you've entered.

What to prepare

Have this on hand, and the setup takes minutes.

None of it is required to sign up — every setup screen can be skipped and finished later — but gathering it first means you fill each screen once, not twice.

Company legal profile

  • Legal name exactly as on the commercial register, and your trading name
  • Commercial Register no. and Tax Card no. / VAT no.
  • Exporters' Registry card no. and its expiry (GOEIC) — some Investment-Law 72/2017 establishments are exempt
  • Nafeza account and e-Token, where you already have one
  • Registered address, phone, email and website

Document identity

  • Your logo
  • Company stamp and the authorised signatory's signature, as a transparent PNG, with name and title (optional — this enables facsimile signing)
  • Your document language: English, Arabic, or bilingual
  • Any numbering you already use, e.g. INV-2026-0001

Money

  • Your base currency (this locks after your first order)
  • One bank account per currency you invoice in: bank, beneficiary name exactly as on the account, account number, IBAN and SWIFT

Sites and stock

  • The sites you ship from
  • Any consolidation warehouses
  • Opening stock, by product and by site

People

  • Your team's emails, and each person's job — sales, operations, finance, compliance or logistics

Products

  • Add from Expodite's product library, or name each product yourself: EN/AR name, HS code, unit, weights, dimensions, origin, packaging levels and cost

Buyers and suppliers

  • Legal name, country, address and contacts
  • Importer tax ID / EORI where applicable
  • Default Incoterm, payment terms and currency
  • Consignee and notify addresses

Trade defaults

  • Your usual ports of loading, Incoterms and payment terms
  • Preferred carriers and forwarders
  • Your main markets

Certifications

  • Each certificate you or your supplying farms and factories hold — HACCP, ISO 9001/22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, IFS, GLOBALG.A.P. (with its GGN), SMETA, organic, halal, and others
  • For each one: certificate number, certification body, issue and expiry dates, next audit, grade, the sites and products it covers, and the certificate PDF

Import templates

Bring your existing spreadsheets in as a CSV.

Each template is a CSV with a UTF-8 byte-order mark, a header row and two worked examples, so you can see the expected shape before you fill it. Import them from inside your account once it's set up.
