1. Sign up and verify your email

Create your account with your work email, your company name and your country. We send a six-digit code and a link to that address; either one verifies it. Your organisation is created the moment you verify, on the plan you chose: a free trial of a paid plan, or the Free plan.

2. Complete the setup screens

The setup wizard has six screens. Each has “Save and continue” and “Skip for now”, so you can come back to anything later.

  1. Company: your legal name as registered, your registrations (for Egypt, the exporters' register, commercial register and tax card) and your company flags, such as free zone.
  2. Document identity: your logo, and optionally your stamp, the authorised signatory and the language of your documents.
  3. Currency and bank: your base currency and at least one bank account for your invoices.
  4. How you export: your usual ports, Incoterms, payment terms and main markets, with a preview of what each market requires.
  5. Certifications: the certificates you or your suppliers hold, with the ones your products and markets usually call for suggested.
  6. Team: invite your colleagues.

3. Follow the getting-started checklist

Your dashboard shows a checklist built from what is actually in your account: company profile, document identity, bank account, trade defaults, at least one product with an HS code, at least one buyer, and your first quote. Each step links to the page where you complete it and ticks itself when it is done.

The /get-started page on this site lists everything worth having to hand before you begin, and has CSV templates for importing products, buyers, suppliers and opening stock.
