Buyers of the same kind tend to ask for the same things. Rather than repeating a list of certificates on every buyer, assign buyers to a group and set the requirements on the group.

Use a ready-made group or make your own

  • Expodite provides groups with requirements that are typical of the segment, for example EU fresh-produce retail. Use one as it is, or copy it and adjust it.
  • Create your own groups for your own segments.
  • A buyer can belong to several groups; it inherits the requirements of each, plus any set on the buyer itself and on its market.

A ready-made group describes what is typical, not a buyer's actual contract. Confirm the list with your buyer and adjust it where their programme differs.
