Deleting your organisation
- Only the owner can request deletion, from Settings › Data, by typing the organisation's name and confirming with their password.
- A full export of your data is prepared first, and you confirm that your company, not Expodite, is the keeper of its legal records.
- Deletion takes place after 14 days. Every admin is emailed, and the owner or any admin can cancel it during that time.
What is kept
Your business data and files are deleted. Our invoices and payment records for your subscription are kept for the statutory period. Audit records are kept with personal data and business details removed.
Leaving as a user, or changing owner
- A user other than the owner can delete their own account; their personal details are anonymised.
- The owner must first hand ownership to another active admin, from Settings › Data.
