Anyone can sign up with any company name, so Expodite shows your organisation as “verified” only once you prove you control your company's email domain. The verification shows on the public page behind your documents' QR codes, on the emails your documents are sent with, and on the buyer portal.

Verify

  1. Go to Organization › Info, Domain verification, and enter your domain, for example yourcompany.com. It must match the verified email address of the owner or an admin, and cannot be a free email provider.
  2. Add the TXT record we show you to your domain's DNS.
  3. Choose “Check now”. When the record is found, your organisation is marked domain-verified.

Leave the record in place: it is checked again every 30 days, and if it disappears the verification is withdrawn and you are told by email. A domain can be verified by one organisation only.
